Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY TIME: The lift shall be delivered within 65 working days from receiving the first payment.
INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONG: The lift shall be installed and commissioned within 5 (five) weeks from the date of handing over the lift shaft to us.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION TIME (optional part): Turnkey basis Delivery & installation completion time within 30 working days.
WARRANTY: 12 (Twelve) months from the date commissioning. Warranty covers replacement of any defective parts due to manufacturing defects and comes from bad workmanship. The warranty will not be enforceable if we do not maintain the life.
FREE SERVICE&MAINTENANCE: 12 (Twelve) months free servicing and maintenance will be provided from the date of commissioning of the lift. After the free maintenance period, the service will be extended upon your approval and which will be a paid service.
EXLUSIONS: (Our of offer does not include the following)
1. SHAFT: Construction by RCC/BRICK with RCC beams/Steel Structure.
2. MACHINE ROOM CONSTRUCTION :
-Location direct above the shaft.
-All civil dismantling and finishing work of life shaft, doors, machine Room holes, pit, etc.
-300 mm extension in all side.
-Door for entrance of machines
-Hook for 1000 kg lifting at middle
-A fan for cooling
-Arrangement of water proof
-Trap door above the top floor.
3. POWER ARRANGEMENT:
-Three phase line of 400 volts in machine room.
-Necessary bus bar, ducting, MCB etc. as per requirement for feeding power to the lift.
